“Shivani’s Venus Yoga classes are deep and healing, a unique blend of various yoga styles that really works! I was impressed with Shivani’s confidence, depth of knowledge, intuitive, original and utterly delightful classes that help every woman tap into her inner goddess. Her mantra is “Stop practicing yoga like a man. Start expressing your sacred femininity.” She creates a space that honors the feminine and allows each student to feel open and comfortable. Her teaching and knowledge is obviously grounded in years of research and personal integration. Not to be missed!” – Ana Davis, Director of Bliss Baby Yoga.

Shivani has also developed a style of Yoga called Rolling Restorative (RR) Yoga which is ideal for athletes, gym goers and the everyday person who wishes to increase flexibility and master the art of relaxation and optimum breathing. RR Yoga fuses the techniques of Myofascial Massage, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pranayama and uses props (tennis balls, yoga blocks bath towels, hand weights [water bottles]) and breath channeling techniques to directly stimulate the body’s connective tissue (fascia) and energy pathways (meridians) to release muscle tightness and muscle “knots” (trigger points).
